Welcome to Time to Tune In. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing comes from nurturing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. I offer a safe, calm, and supportive space where you can pause, reconnect, and return to yourself.

I am a holistic therapist offering a range of complementary therapies including Reiki, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Indian Head Massage. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, supporting relaxation, easing tension, restoring energetic balance, and encouraging the body’s natural ability to heal and renew.

Alongside one-to-one treatments, I teach classes and workshops designed to empower others on their own wellbeing journey. These include Reiki training, meditation, energy awareness, and spiritually focused workshops that encourage self-connection, personal growth, and inner balance. My classes are welcoming, accessible, and created to support people at every stage of their path.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and holistic. I work with deep respect for each person’s unique experience, recognising that physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing are deeply interconnected.
